Fortran error: array 'face_connectivity'

Hello,
I have encountered the error for my dem simulation . I have checked similar topics, however the solutions provided didn’t help with my case. I’m using version 21.4 and I uploaded my project file. Can you kindly run and tell me what’s wrong with it? Here are my error.

I thought it was a mesh error at first, so I tried changing the mesh size and changing the stl file, but it didn’t work. I then reduced the fluidizing gas velocity again, but the error still occurs.
And this is my bug report.

The stl file has many lon triangles and the cylinder-cylinder intersection is not clean. My suggestion is to get a better stl file, and refine the mesh so you can capture the vortex finder wall thickness.
