Guo-Boyce MFIX-21.3 - needs a flag when GT is not specified?

Hi,
I noticed that if one setup a TFM run while using Lun+Guo-Boyce without GT specified for solid phases, it then turns into a seg failure pointing to the calc_mu_s. As expected. I remember that a flag was telling the user before that if using the Princeton model GT>0 should be specified. It could be useful to tell the user the same thing with the Guo-Boyce friction model?

Thanks for the suggestion Eric, we will add some data checks in the GUI and solver.
