How to add new force in CFD-DEM model

Hi all, In CFD-DEM model, I was trying to add more interaction forces of particle-particle and particle-wall on top of the built-in van der Waals (especially the electrostatic force to complete DLVO theory), I understand the main source code I need to modify is calc_force_dem.f, but I’m wondering how can I modify the corresponding udf files (or which one should I modify) to hook the implementation? Anybody who had related experience has any suggestions? Thanks.

Sorry. I will change my question a bit.
I searched the forum to implement Coulomb force due to magnetic or electric fields.
As a result, I thought that I could edit the code in calc_force_dem.f regarding particle contact and collisions.
So, I thought that the code that needed to be edited was the “Hertz spring-dashpot contact model” or the “Linear spring-dashpot contact model” or the “calculate the distance from the particles’ centers to the contact point, which is taken as the radical line” and all the codes related to these. I would appreciate any advice or guidance you can give me.
