However, the pyrolysis process is an endothermic reaction, and the initial bed temperature will decrease as the reaction progresses, resulting in the inability to proceed with the pyrolysis reaction. Is there any way to maintain the initial bed temperature unchanged?

If you have an endothermic reaction, then the temperature should decrease. You can set the heat of reaction to zero in the chemistry pane if you want.
