Installation problem for MFIX 19.1

Dear everyone,
I met a problem when installing MFIX19.1 in Win 10 64 bit, as the picture shows. Could anyone give some help?
Thank you very much!

I just tested installing MFiX on Windows 10, it worked fine.
Try refreshing the MFiX Download page in your page, make sure to copy the latest token (perhaps it was updated).

Also, try running

conda clean --index

before the conda install mfix ..... command.

Thanks for your help. But it doesn’t work. I think it is the problem of token as the picture shows. I refreshed my MFiX Download page, but there was no new token.

I tried again. But the same problem occured.

Hello MFix Team! Hope you are doing good!
This is my first post.
I am getting the same error:

conda install mfix -c
Collecting package metadata: failed

CondaHTTPError: HTTP 401 UNAUTHORIZED for url <>
Elapsed: 00:00.755458

The credentials you have provided for this URL are invalid.

You will need to modify your conda configuration to proceed.
Use `conda config --show` to view your configuration's current state.
Further configuration help can be found at <>.

I am running linux
Linux node29 4.12.14-lp150.12.64-default #1 SMP Mon Jun 17 16:53:50 UTC 2019 (3edfd41) x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
and conda
conda 4.6.14
I will try later on and check if this is temporarily issue.

I have exactly the same problem as wj1, trying to install mFix on Windows 10. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to solve the problem. Need help! thanks…

I too haven’t been able to install it on Windows 10 system due to same error and need help in this regard. Thanks.

Many apologies @Masud, @civivez, @jszlek, @wj1. There was an error with the script on the server updating download permissions. I should have fixed it sooner!

I recreated the issue you were seeing, fixed the script, and tested installation. Please retry installing MFiX.
