No gas inlet, but large gas velocity

Hello, teachers.
I ran into some difficulties in my fixed bed. In my case, there is no gas inlet surface, I set all the walls to high temperature to heat the particles, leaving only one gas outlet. But I’ve been having problems with the flow field, and the fluid velocity in the reactor has reached 10m/s at the beginning, which caused to be blown out of the reactor. Do you know what caused it?

I think the des search grid is too fine. Go to Solids>DEM pane and set the search grid partition to IMAX=2, JMAX=12, and KMAX=2 (desgridsearch{I,J,K}max)
