Problem is a definiton of region, not an initial condition. Would you try to look your regions tab or upload your case here?
The data that I input according to an example.But it doesn’t give parameters to the background and the left and right walls.Do they need to input min or max as well?

Your domain is set between 0<=x<=0.1 and 0<=y<=0.3 (geometry pane).
The region you use for Initial condition#1 goes from -0.1<=x<=0.1 and 0.0<=y<1.0, which is outside of the geometry extent. You need to make sure all regions are located within the geometry bounds. It is recommended to use xmin, xmax etc when defining regions.
