The gas is flowing in the bed while the inlet velocity is zero

Hi
I am trying to simulate a fluidized bed using the Hybrid model. The problem is that even though the gas inlet velocity is zero. But gas flows in the bed at a velocity of about 0.18. I have encountered this problem before in all the simulations I have done using this method.

The hybrid model has not been tested/maintained in some time. Maybe @galvinj has some suggestions.
