The vtk result can not show?

hello everyone:
I use mfix-dem to do the simulation, and I set up the outlet boundary to get the outlet-gas mass fracton, but the vtk seems don‘t work?? and cant’t get the data?
mfix-version=22.1
And I have another question: how should i get the particle data of the outlet-boundary?

Try to create another region that is a box instead of a plane, say from ymin to ymin + 0.002.
