Recently I simulates a spouted bed. However, numerical calculation goes well and the results is unreasonable.
I set 38 m/s gas inlet velocity but it can not even blow up particles.

It is always a good idea to inspect the mesh before starting a simulation. Your stl file (no-slip wall BC) is closed at the bottom (y=0m plane) which conflicts with the mass inlet BC. You should either extend the bottom cap so it is below the y=0 plane or maybe just translate the stl file just a bit down. You may also need to refine the mesh to better resolve the inlet tube.
