Here’s some general advice on what to do when a run does not converge from the MFiX FAQ.
You did not include log files so I have a few extra questions:

How long did you have to run before you saw the failure?

Did you see the failure with the side inlet as in this file, or do I have to increase it?

Do you mean increase the flow rate or the size of the inlet?

OK, I see the non-convergence at t=0.370454s. You are also getting some warnings about maximum inlet velocity.
Velocity exceeds limit: 75.000
in cell: I = 2 J = 6 K = 7
Epg = 0.44189 Ug = -23.461 Vg = -48.421 Wg = 235.22
To change the limit, adjust the scale factor MAX_INLET_VEL_FAC.
Please use ideal gas law instead of constant gas density, and set a gas pressure for all ICs and BCs. It ran to completion when I did that.
