Does it run without chemical reactions?

Thanks for your reply@jeff.dietiker, it can run without adding reaction, but the result of running is still P1=0 U1=0 V1=0

The residuals are zero because you start with no solids and it looks like your inlet BCs are not setup properly. Verify the mesh and region locations.
