Dear MFiX user,
We are pleased to announce the beta release of MFiX version 2017-1 . The major change /upgrade for this release is the full integration of the newly redesigned Graphical User Interface (GUI) with the flow solver. MFiX is now distributed primarily as a graphical package, where users can set up and run the simulation, and visualize the results from the GUI. The GUI can be installed on Linux, macOS, and Windows operating systems.
The beta release is now available for download to interested users that wish to test the GUI and provide feedback before the official release scheduled later in the summer 2017.
